Lottery Updates
A virtual lottery (not in person) will be held on February 24, 2026 at 11:00am. Please check the DAHLIA listing for a link to the virtual lottery on February 24th.
After the lottery, you should be able to log into your DAHLIA account to see your randomly-generated lottery ranking. Subsequent to the lottery, leasing agents from MidPen Housing will be contacting applicants by order of lottery ranking to fill any vacant units. The MidPen leasing team will contact applicants using the contact information provided in applications submitted on DAHLIA. Applicants that remain on the wait list will be contacted in lottery rank order by MidPen Housing as residents move out of the units.
