Classified School Employee Summer Assistance Program (CSESAP)

2026-27 School Year

Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the CSESAP, a classified employee must meet all of the following criteria at the time of enrollment:

1. Length of Employment- You must have been employed with SFUSD for at least one (1) year at the time of election.

2. Work Schedule- You must be employed in your regular assignment for 11 months or less out of a 12-month period. Hours worked outside of your regular assignment are not included when determining total months worked.

3. Annual Pay Limit-  Your regular annual pay received directly from SFUSD must be $62,400 or less for the entire school year at the time of enrollment. Pay received during the prior summer recess period is excluded from this calculation. Pay earned during June, July, or August that is not for a summer session assignment is not excluded.

2025-26 School Year

The CSESAP enrollment period for the 2025-26 school year ended on March 1, 2025. Employees who elected to participate were notified of their eligibility by email in April.
