Aptos Athletes Announcement

Hello Aptos Families,

With the start of the school year fast approaching, we have 3 of our Aptos sports teams hosting tryouts the first week of school.

In order to even be able to try out for a school sports team, you must be cleared on Home Campus first. If you have not done so yet, please review the steps for getting cleared HERE. Students that are not cleared, will NOT be allowed to participate in tryouts until they are so.

Our tryout dates for our teams are as follows:

Baseball:

  • Wed, 8/20 - 2:30pm
  • Thur, 8/21 - 4:15pm
  • Fri, 8/22 - 4:15pm

Softball:

  • Tue, 8/19 - 4:15pm
  • Wed, 8/20 - 2:30pm

Boys Soccer:

  • Tue, 8/19 - 4:15pm
  • Wed, 8/20 - 2:30pm

 

All 3 teams will be hosting tryouts at Aptos park, either on the blacktop or grass field.

Students should wear athletic attire (sweatpants, shorts, leggings, t-shirts, hoodies), and bring appropriate equipment depending on the sport they are trying out for (glove, cleats, shin guards, bat, etc). No metal spikes are allowed however.
