Dear Incoming Galileo High School families,

We look forward to meeting you and your students in Fall 2025! 

There are three steps to complete enrollment.

  1. Please accept or decline your assignment to our school by going to sfusd.edu/onlineapp, and completing the “Accept / Decline Form.” Having an accurate count of the number of students that will actually attend our school will help the Enrollment Center know how many more students they can assign to our school.
  2. NEW-to-SFUSD students: To enroll your child in K-12 schools in California, you must submit records of required immunizations. You can review a list of the required immunizations for each grade here. Please contact your primary care provider for any missing immunizations. Here is a list of Community Clinics that take a variety of insurances; the first 2 in the list can take students without any insurance There are 3 ways to submit your child’s immunization records:
    • Upload documentation to the emergency card on ParentVUE
    • Email a copy of the documentation to sflink@sfusd.edu.  Please add your child’s name and school to the email subject line.
    • Drop off a sealed paper copy in the dropbox in the lobby of 555 Franklin Street, San Francisco, CA
  3. See if you’re eligible for transportation and sign up! Visit this site for general education bus routes, schedules and an application.
  4. Complete Galileo 9th Grade Course Selection form. All incoming families MUST complete the course selection form if your child will be attending Galileo in the fall. Please submit by May 2nd, 2025.
  5. The Counseling Newsletter  is the primary method for learning about what’s happening at Galileo High School. Families, students and staff can subscribe to stay informed about upcoming events, resources and helpful hints about Galileo and our surrounding community.

  8. Be on the lookout for an email with information about G-HOUSE PREVIEW DAY (WILL TAKE PLACE ON 5/16)
  9. Freshman Orientation will be happening in the fall before school starts on August 2025
  10. FYI: We have On going Galileo HS Tours on Mondays and Tuesdays from 11:25-12:15 guided by ASB students!
