The window for the Spring 2025-26 administration of the Star interim assessments has been updated for High Schools to April 15- May 13 for all students in grades 9-10. The Spring Star window for grades K-2 remains the same (April 20-May 13). Read to find resources for supporting successful administration and data use.

If you are a parent/guardian/caregiver, student, site-based employee, or community partner, please complete this community survey by April 19, 2026, to help inform SFUSD and SFCOE's Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). This is the last week!

Trimester 3 Standards Based Report Cards (SBRCs) are now open for scoring, and scheduled to be completed by May 20. Use the TK-5 SBRC Scoring Guides at bit.ly/SBRCTeacherGuides to support the scoring of report cards, and communicate how students are making progress toward end-of-year standards. Translated Report Card resources are available for families are posted at https://sfusd.edu/reportcards.

At the beginning of the fall and spring semester, SFUSD reviews all High School students’ transcripts to determine which students are meeting grade level credit requirements and courses that keep them on track toward graduation.

Elementary Health Education Accountability Tool Survey - Complete by May 8th

Are you a young person (ages 16–24) looking for a job, internship, or wants to explore different career paths? Join the CYC Youth Job Fair! It’s a great opportunity for you to connect directly with employers, learn about different industries, and take the next step toward your future.

Teachers and staff at Grade 6-12 school sites with Wellness Programs are invited to complete the biannual Wellness Program Staff Satisfaction survey.

Immunization compliance is required for all students. An exclusion notice will be issued to students in grades TK–12 on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, with a compliance deadline of Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

Monthly automated Truancy letters will be posted to Synergy this Friday, April 10, 2026. Families and schools can ensure that attendance data is correct and complete by following this guidance.
