Celebrate and reflect on successes and progress toward our Goals and Guardrails
Honor our retirees!
Engage in differentiated Learning Academies, centered on leading strong teams in service of the Vision, Values, Goals and Guardrails.

Time	Agenda for May 6, 2026, 3:00-5:30 pm
2:30 pm	Pick up a name tag in the courtyard- Go to your assigned Circle Group and greet circle mates! Food tables with banh mi: beef, chicken, combo, tofu
3:00 pm	Welcome/ Connector by MC’s- Danielle Uttley and Mauricha Robinson, Supt’s Fellows Humble Brag!! Prompt: Share a proud leadership moment where your team's work shifted adult practice in service of an SFUSD goal or guardrail.
3:20 pm	Deepen our work on district goals and guardrails- Dr. Su Watch Video honoring SFUSD leaders making progress on the goals. Circle Facilitation: Debrief video stories and reflection on your leadership. Building on your brag moment, what conditions did you create and how did you rally your team to achieve the goals/ guardrails? What are some of the challenges you faced in rallying your team? How did you approach those challenges?
3:50 pm	Honor SFUSD retirees - Dr. Su and Dr. Quadros (UASF)
4:05 pm	Transition to Learning Academies- centered on leading strong teams toward the vision, values, goals and guardrails. Look at your name tag for room number
4:15 pm	Learning Academies Complete feedback form in the Learning Academy
5:30 pm	Return to the Courtyard for Ice Cream Social and Flower making
