TODAY - November 4th - Flynnda's Math Carnival - 5-6:30pm

We had an exciting school rally last week, put on by the Warriors and Ross. This year Flynn will be partnering with them for their Read to Achieve program. The Warriors players sent a video message to the students, members of the dance team read a book and there were fun giveaways! Read to Achieve will return next month for another rally and book giveaway to kick off a fun read-a-thon contest! More details to come.

Picture Retake Day is for students that missed picture day or need to retake their school photo.  Link to this section

The photographer will only be here from 8:00am-10:30am on November 12th. SO PLEASE BE ON TIME!

• Please let your teacher know if you'd like them to retake their photo. They will be picked up to take photos.

Parent Teacher Conference Week is November 16-20, 2026 Link to this section

Teachers will be sending home a schedule for parents to sign up for a conference time slot. If you have not seen this schedule come home, reach out to your teacher directly.

Conference week is a chance for parents to connect with teachers and learn more about their student's academic progress.

Students are dismissed everyday at 12:50pm. After School Programs will pick up at 12:50 everyday

Our Book Fair is coming to the Flynn Library Monday, November 2 through Thursday, November 5 (8:00 am-3:30 pm). Link to this section

All week, our library turns into a bookstore full of books chosen for kids. Students visit with their class to browse and choose books they’re excited to read. Every purchase also earns rewards that our school uses to buy new books and resources for our library.  Families are welcome to shop with children after dismissal until 3:30 pm and on Family Night (Wednesday, November 4, 5:00–6:30 pm) during Math Night.

How to pay: Cash, credit card, or eWallet. An eWallet is a free digital account your child can use at the fair to purchase books on their own. Set one up here: Book Fair webpage. 

• Share the Fair: Make a donation to help all students take a book home. You can donate at checkout or on our Book Fair webpage.

Volunteers needed: We are looking for volunteers to help run the fair - from helping students find books to working at checkout. If you can help, please sign up here.

School pictures are now available! Link to this section

To see if your child's pictures are available to view, please log in to your account at mylifetouch.com. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one using your email address.

To locate your child's photos, you'll need their Student ID or Portrait ID and Access Code. If you don't have this information, you can:

• Check your inbox for an email from Lifetouch that may contain your access credentials and a direct link to your child's images.
• Wait for your proof sheet to arrive, which will include your Portrait ID and Access Code.
• Contact the Lifetouch Help Center for assistance

Note: Picture Retake Day at Flynn is November 12th.
