Get Involved at Flynn

There are many meaningful ways to support our school, whether you can volunteer during the day, on weekends, or even if your time is limited. 

All families are encouraged to join the PTA. It is open to all teachers, caregivers, and community members. This organization helps support our school and helps build community amongst our families. 

You can also join one of our Advisory Committees: The English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC), helps advise on language programs and resources for our English language learners. The African American Parent Advisory Council (AAPAC), empowers black families to advocate for high-quality education and build partnerships with educators and district leaders. 

You can also help guide school policy by running for a seat on the School Site Council.
