Meagan To currently serves as the Student Delegate on the SF Board of Education for the 2023-2024 academic year.
In addition to this role, she holds the positions of Student Body Vice President and School Site Council representative at George Washington High School.
With 12 years of experience as an SFUSD student, Meagan deeply appreciates the importance of education and recognizes the crucial need for strong student representation on decision-making boards. During her term, Meagan aims to establish a strong channel of communication between the Board of Education and the student body.
Meagan is a passionate advocate for health equity and is the founder of the student-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Project Smile Global, as well as its San Francisco chapter. Her initiatives are dedicated to addressing oral health disparities by increasing access to dental hygiene products and education worldwide.
