Executive SummaryThe project remains in Yellow status due to delays in budget development; however, the deadline to the board has been extended from June 1st giving SFUSD more time! Key risks
persist around data quality, particularly in payroll accuracy and dual data entry for positions and assignments, which could impact operational reliability. Furthermore, initial resource
constraints limited the one-on-one training support that SFUSD requested, raising early concerns about go-live preparedness. Encouragingly, recent mitigation efforts have improved
the outlook. Internal resource realignments have bolstered training support capacity, helping to accelerate momentum and address readiness gaps. These actions demonstrate strong
collaborative commitment and adaptability as the project moves toward key milestones.
