Bayview Child Health Center Vaccine Clinics

California state law requires that certain health requirements are met for school entry. Based on your child’s health record, your child has one or more immunization dose(s) missing. 
 
If your child does not have a primary care provider or health insurance or if you are unable to get an appointment with your primary care provider, the South of Market Health Center will be hosting a vaccination clinic.

• Date: Saturday, December 2nd, 2023
• Time: 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1:00-3:00 p.m. (closed for lunch from 12-1 pm) 
• Where: Bayview Child Health Center, 3450 3rd Street, Building 2, Suite 2A, San Francisco, CA 94124

The South of Market Health Center takes most insurance plans except for Kaiser and can assist you in enrolling for Medi-Cal if your child is eligible. They can also see uninsured patients. 

If you would like to take your child to the immunization clinic, please call the South of Market Health Center at 415-309-3417 for support in registering prior to December 2nd.  Pre-registration is required as space is limited. Please bring all past immunization records to the event.
