Goals for Building Family Partnership
Link to this section
Fifth grade is an important year for our students. At this stage, they hold the increased responsibilities, challenges, and independence of being the "upper-level students" of elementary school and the excitement and anxiety of transitioning to middle school. Fifth graders are beginning to practice adulthood, which includes testing boundaries and challenging adults. With a robust and interconnected support network at school and home, our students will safely and confidently transition to middle school.
