1. Is my student eligible for a device?
Does your 6-12th grade SFUSD student need access to a device at home that can be connected to the internet every day for school work because they currently do not have a device?
- If yes, your student is eligible!
- If no, your student is not eligible at this time.
2. What do I need to bring to get my student a device?
Parent/Guardians bring the following:
- Your student-- the student must be present to receive a device
- Parent/guardian identification
- Student’s SFUSD username and password
3. What do I need to do to get my student a device?
- When you receive your take-home SFUSD device families will be asked to complete two forms an SFUSD Technology Deployment Form and SFUSD DoT Device Management Form
- Review the Take-Home Information for SFUSD Chromebook that will be sent home with the device (Spanish version, Cantonese version, Mandarin version).
4. Where can I pick up a device for my student?
- Department of Technology staff will be available at the following locations starting Wednesday, March 18 until Friday, March 20 from 9-10 am
