SFUSD Staff Update

Originally posted on Feb. 21, 2025: In order to balance our budget and ensure fiscal responsibility, we must reduce our budget by $113 million for the 2025-26 school year. Our escalated state oversight requires that we make significant reductions to meet our financial obligations.

Effective February 3, 2025, California’s COVID-19 Prevention Non-Emergency Regulations have ended, and the associated CalOSHA requirements have changed.

Do you use digital learning tools in your classroom? If so, please complete this survey to let us know your favorite tools and how you use them. Or on the flip side, let us know your concerns and how we can address them. Your insights matter as we respond to the dynamic digital learning space and how we can best support a portfolio of options to personalize learning for our students.

Synergy will be offline on Wednesday, Feb. 26th from 6:00 p.m. to Thursday, Feb. 27 at 2:00 a.m. for regularly scheduled monthly maintenance.

School sites must identify staff no longer working at their school by Feb. 28.
