This announcement serves to provide guidance for Fiscal Services Frontline payment submissions and relevant deadlines.

Immunization compliance is required for all students. An exclusion notice will be issued to students in grades TK–12 on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, with a compliance deadline of Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

There are 3 SEL/Culture-Climate surveys—one for students (grades 4-12), one for staff, and one for all PK-12 families. This year’s survey window will be March 2, 2026 - March 19, 2026.

TK/K Immunization Exclusion Notifications (Final Round) - Deadline for compliance is October 29, 2025.

2025-2026 Williams Complaint Procedure/ Classroom Notices Posting Requirements (all school sites) & Williams Inspections (selected school sites)

ESY/summer school teachers who plan to use Seesaw with their students must open a Help ticket before June 18.

All non-employee accounts (contractor, vendor, intern, student teacher, CBO, etc.) expire at the end of the current fiscal year (June 30, 2025). Non-employees requiring access into the next fiscal year must have a new AUP submitted by June 13, 2025 to maintain access.
