English Learner students are eligible for reclassification based on meeting state and local assessments. These prequalified EL students must meet the remaining criteria of teacher evaluation and parent consultation to complete the reclassification process. Completion of forms are required and due on November 19th.
A new Synergy Truancy Module is replacing BASIS this year. Please see the resources below to support the implementation of the new truancy module, including training & office hours.
Synergy has replaced BASIS for monitoring student attendance and issuing truancy letters. We're offering training and support for sites and the school point person to manage technical components of the truancy process. The first run of truancy notification letters will be generated on Monday, Sept. 13th.
