The SF Opera DEC Department is hosting our inaugural Arts Integration and Healing weeklong workshop. K-12 Educators (Including Arts Specialists) are invited to sign up.  Each participant will receive a week of professional development and a $500 stipend to thank you for your time.  Space is limited to the first 22 registrants. May 20 is the last day of this school year that we’re offering free, personalized tech trainings! If there’s a district tech tool you’ve been wanting to learn for summer school or beyond, now’s your chance!

HIFY (Health Initiatives For Youth) will be offering two free workshops for all staff that work with youth. The trainings will be via Zoom on May 12 and May 17 from 5-6pm.

Educators are invited to attend a paid PD on June 9-10 about designing and launching student portfolios.

The Superintendent's Leadership Fellows is a group of school and central leaders that come together monthly across differences in role, race, longevity, and other identities to collaborate on SFUSD's most vexing equity issues.

SFUSD has entered into a partnership with Lindamood-Bell to provide a general education summer reading intervention program. We are looking for SFUSD teachers and staff interested in being trained as Lindamood-Bell clinicians, providing the reading intervention this summer, and working with our SFUSD CCEIS grade schoolers this summer.
