The Principal Leadership Institute provides preparation for equity focused candidates who are interested in improving educational outcomes for historically underserved students. In 14 months, candidates earn a Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership as well as the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential. Active, rigorous, and relevant instruction is a hallmark of the program.
The Where Art Lives program can help you and your students use graffiti art 🎨 to deepen their learning and explore what they can do for their community. This may be best for 6th grade classroom teachers of history, English Language Development, AVID, English Language Arts, Leadership, or Arts. Our services are FREE and can include art supplies, 📚 sketchbooks for each students, teaching artist visits, 💲 stipends for teachers, and support with assessment. Zero Waste Champions are volunteers involved in promoting environmental stewardship and increasing participation in recycling and composting at schools. These volunteers will receive training and ongoing support from Recology, the SFUSD Sustainability Office, and the SF Department of Environment.
