Notification to all SFUSD Students, Families, and Staff Regarding Important Updates to District Policies and Procedures.

SFUSD is committed to strong family–school partnerships. Each year, districts must share the Board Policy on Parent Engagement (BP 6020) and the Administrative Regulation (AR 6020), which outline how families are informed of their rights and how they can participate in decision-making, support learning at home, and engage in school and district activities.

Bring the whole family to the 3rd Annual Winter Literacy, Math & Science Fair on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, from 11AM to 2PM at César Chávez Elementary School.
Enjoy fun literacy, math, and science games and activities, pick out free books to take home for holiday reading, and join parent workshops on how to support learning at home.

The Enrollment Center has published a new public resource which shows assignment outcomes for each specific school, grade, program combination.

Synergy will be offline starting Wednesday September 24, 2025 at 7PM to Thursday, September 25th at 3AM for regularly scheduled monthly maintenance.

Please share videos in English, Spanish, Cantonese, and Mandarin with families so they are aware of benefits and health care assistance available from the SF Human Services Agency.
