SFUSD schools will be closed Nov. 25-29 for Fall Recess, but some PK and School Age OST programs are open on Nov. 25 and Nov. 26.

Monthly automated Truancy letters will be posted to Synergy on Friday, December 12, 2025. Families and schools can ensure that attendance data is correct and complete by following this guidance.

Interested in seeing a fire truck up close? Join the San Francisco Fire Department and San Francisco Safe Routes to School on Sunday, November 3rd at 11am for a bike ride to celebrate firefighters and their families for their efforts around the city! The bike ride will begin at Panhandle Park and will end at the 14 Ave E Meadow- where a fire truck will be available to explore to the public!

SFDPH CHPY is pleased to announce an important update regarding our sports physical services. We are now offering sports physicals for patients who are uninsured or covered by Medi-Cal.

SFUSD is looking for new members for its Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee, which provides essential oversight for the Bond Program.
