Site Counselors have received flyers and a list of eligible students to recruit and register for SAILL on Friday, March 13, 2026.
All registrations should be completed with student consent by May 13th.

Reach & Rise is a mentoring and youth development program run by YMCA of San Francisco as part of its Urban Services initiatives. The program supports youth who may be experiencing challenges such as family stress, school difficulties, social isolation, or exposure to community violence. Learn how to become a mentor and/or how to register a youth for the program.

Reclassification Round 2 is happening now. The list of eligible EL students has been shared with teachers. Next steps are Teacher Recommendation and Parent Consultation. Form is due April 17th.

SFUSD is inviting educators, families, and community members to serve on the Voices Curriculum Review Committee. This is an opportunity to work together to review and strengthen the district’s pilot Ethnic Studies curriculum and ensure it reflects our values and the diversity of San Francisco. Asynchronous Brief Intervention Services Training via Nearpods. This training is required for new secondary School District Nurses, School Social Workers, Wellness Coordinators, SIT Interns, Community Health Outreach Workers, Deans, School Counselors and Community Based Organization Staff.
