This winter, all Kindergarten teachers will administer the DIBELS/Lectura assessments (January 26-February 20), as outlined in SFUSD’s Assessment Plan, and State Senate Bill 114. Read to find resources and supports available to facilitate screening of all Kindergarten students.
Students in grades 1&2 who are newly enrolled, not screened in Fall, and who scored at-risk during the Fall Reading Difficulties Screener administration will be screened January 26-February 20. The Amira platform is set up for ALL students to be assessed in grades K-5 upon their first log in within the window Jan 26-Feb 20.
There are 3 SEL/Culture-Climate surveys—one for students (grades 4-12), one for staff, and one for all PK-12 families. This year’s survey window will be March 2, 2026 - March 19, 2026.
