This message also contains guidance on when to stop using EMPowerSF, when to start using Red Rover, how to update your personal information, and what to do if you have questions.

Synergy school year focus will switch from the 24/25 SY to 25/26

Based on your role and pay cycle, you will receive targeted communications over the coming weeks on how to log in and get started with Red Rover.

The Enrollment Center office will be closed from 12 -1 p.m. during office hours for lunch starting July 7.

Synergy will be offline starting Wednesday, June 18 at 6PM to Thursday, June 19 at 3AM for a version update

SFUSD will proceed with the go-live date of July 1, 2025 for our new ERP (Frontline) and HCM (Red Rover).

Due to the Juneteenth holiday, there will be no OASIS e-newsletter on Thursday, June 19. We will resume distribution of OASIS on Thursday, June 26.

ASCIP e-learing/e-help emails from ehelp@ascip.org are safe. ASCIP is the District's primary insurance carrier and houses the e-learning (LMS) platform Risk uses to administer mandatory trainings.
