The District’s old public website (archive.sfusd.edu) and MODx, the content management system for the old website, will be going offline on July 1, 2021. Once it is offline, no one in the District will be able to access any files or content from those platforms. 

To prepare for a smooth transition to EMPowerSF, our district must pause from performing functions in PeopleSoft beginning June 11.

Your feedback is essential as we seek to improve the experience of the SFUSD website for ALL employees. Please complete this Google form before June 30.

SFUSD employees must use EMPowerSF to update their W-4 information when the system goes live in July 6. SFUSD uses the W-4 to calculate certain payroll taxes and remit the taxes to the IRS and the state on behalf of employees.

Introducing the new Google Chat! Google is sunsetting Hangouts/Gchat (instant messaging tool) and replacing it with Chat, which offers many improved collaboration features. On June 15th, 2021, all SFUSD accounts will be switched over to Chat.
