Families, teachers, administrators, and students, join us for the first of many Neighborhood Beautification Days in partnership with Department of Public Works. Types of volunteer work involve: mulching, weeding, painting, pruning, planing, etc. Student can also receive credits for volunteering!

The Para To Teacher Program is a district-led teacher pipeline program open to any and all SFUSD staff, not just paraeducators. That includes school site secretaries, bus drivers, coaches and afterschool staff employed at least part time with SFUSD.

Every school should have designated staff trained to recognize symptoms of severe allergy (anaphylaxis), to administer an EpiPen (epinephrine auto-injector), and to be certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Designated staff must voluntarily agree to be an anaphylaxis responder.
