ITOC is an annual three-day professional development to facilitate the growth, success, and retention of teachers of Color in K-12 public schools serving students of Color, with on-going community and continued site-based support. A unique collaboration between the disciplines of Teacher Education, Educational Leadership, and Ethnic Studies, this national conference rigorously selects approximately 140 ITOC Fellows each summer to cultivate their racial justice leadership capacities.

This year, we'd love to include some videos of your students doing their favorite dance. If you'd like to contribute a video, please share it with us via dropbox or google drive, using email zina@presidiodance.org, by May 7th. Please include the names of the dancers and their school.
