As we begin planning, we are making a few updates to improve communication and collaboration and to ensure a smooth start to our budget development process. Recently, we shared the most conservative staffing model, which includes presenting possible reductions we may need to make in order to close our structural deficit and stabilize the district.

The San Francisco Board of Education invites community members to participate in an upcoming session of its Ad Hoc Committee on Community Engagement, a newly formed committee focused on strengthening how the Board engages with the community. The first meeting will take place on Thursday, January 8, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at 555 Franklin Street.
