AB27 (2021) requires all schools to administer an annual survey that helps identify students and families experiencing homelessness. School clerks and assistants should work with site administrators and your Coordinated Care Team leads to distribute & collect these surveys, and update information in Synergy.

Para to Teacher Program has openings for the 2022-23 school year! All SFUSD staff who want to earn a credential in a hard-to-staff area are eligible.

Mandated reporter of suspected child abuse training has been assigned. The completion due date is September 30, except for administrators required to complete the training as part of the ILM. The due date for the ILM is September 9.

Translation and interpretation resources are available for SFUSD families. Please review SFUSD guidelines for translation and interpretation as you prepare to welcome families back to school.

Many programs have a standard MOU to provide services provided free of charge to schools. Check the quick list of current MOUs to confirm which programs have a current MOU (and to see if services your school counts on expired on June 30th), find FAQs & other resources to learn more about when an MOU is required & how to navigate the process.

The Educational Placement Center (EPC) may be slow to respond during the first few weeks of school due to an increase in calls and visitors.
