The SFUSD Queer Transgender Parent Advisory Council is now accepting applications from parents, caregivers and guardians who wish to serve a 2-year term on the council starting in the 2025-26 school year. The deadline to apply is Monday, June 16, 2025.

All non-employee accounts (contractor, vendor, intern, student teacher, CBO, etc.) expire at the end of the current fiscal year (June 30, 2025). Non-employees requiring access into the next fiscal year must have a new AUP submitted by June 13, 2025 to maintain access.

How to ensure your field trip has meals if needed.

If someone leaves the district, their data & files aren’t deleted, however it can be time consuming and lengthy to recover and share files from staff who have moved on. So take care of your team before your next journey, share all files with someone else before leaving OR request a shared drive through the Help Desk.

I want to acknowledge Teacher Appreciation Week (May 5-9) and Principals Appreciation Day (May 1) and celebrate all the teachers and principals in SFUSD this week and all year long.
