For those receiving direct deposits, the pay stub for monthly certificated employees was available on Wednesday, July 30. A notification with a link to access the pay stub was sent to employees on July 30.

All employees: Please review this message, which provides essential deadlines and instructions for entering time, leave, and updating personal information as of July 1, 2025. This message also contains guidance on when to stop using EMPowerSF, when to start using Red Rover, how to update your personal information, and what to do if you have questions.

Based on your role and pay cycle, you will receive targeted communications over the coming weeks on how to log in and get started with Red Rover.

The Enrollment Center office will be closed from 12 -1 p.m. during office hours for lunch starting July 7.

SFUSD will proceed with the go-live date of July 1, 2025 for our new ERP (Frontline) and HCM (Red Rover).
