Are you curious about how enrollment works in SFUSD? Do you work with families in Pre-K, TK, 5th, or 8th grades? Come learn about how the 23-24 enrollment cycle will roll out on October 6 at 11am! This is an optional training, but will help you answer parents' questions.

To make school tours easier to manage for schools and easier to access for parents, SFUSD has created a one-stop school tour sign up for families. The form will be live for parents at 8am on 10/3.

In order to create maps of zones that reflect district priorities and portfolio decisions, SFUSD has decided to extend the implementation timeline by one year, to 2026-27.

EPC is adding students' enrollment documents to the "Documents" tab in Synergy and transmitting them digitally.

Some students you should not drop if they do not attend. More instructions available on 8/22.

If students let you know that they will not be attending SFUSD this year, please remember to drop them from your roster immediately.

School sites, if you have not done so already, please send a welcome message to your families on Monday, August 15! This can include when school starts, your school's schedule, and anything else you want your families to know.

EPC will be assigning new students to your school from the Wait Pool through September 2, so please have your school staff run Synergy report EPC-059 each day to see what new students have been added.

The Educational Placement Center (EPC) may be slow to respond during the first few weeks of school due to an increase in calls and visitors.
