The Bond Program is relaunching the Outdoor Learning Application for schools that have not yet received outdoor furniture and improvements. If you did not apply in previous rounds, submit the form here by June 10th, 2024, to expand and improve your school's outdoor learning environment!

We know that finding affordable, stable housing is a challenge for our educators and employees. In order to develop a housing strategy that is responsive to staff needs, the District is collecting information on employee housing preferences through a brief online survey.

The deadline to apply for affordable rental housing at Shirley Chisholm Village is April 23rd at 5:00pm. Applications for housing can be submitted through DAHLIA, the San Francisco Mayor's Office of Housing (MOHCD) Housing Portal.

Applications for Shirley Chisholm Village, SFUSD's first affordable rental housing project for educators and other employees, are now available! Shirley Chisholm Village will provide 135 rental apartments for families and individuals in San Francisco and will prioritize SFUSD educators and employees.

The Dream For All Shared Appreciation Loan is a down payment assistance program for first-time homebuyers to be used in conjunction with the Dream For All Conventional first mortgage for up to 20% for down payment or closing costs, not to exceed $150,000.
