Event for 9th Grade Students & Families! You’re invited to an evening dedicated to student success! Discover what students need to thrive and learn about the many opportunities and resources designed to help them achieve their goals.

High School Credit Recovery-Evening/Saturday classes are available for students who need additional credits to earn a high school diploma. Teacher Salary, in accordance with the UESF contract, is $60.77/per hour – approximately 80 extended hours will be paid out over the course of each semester.

SFUSD will be hosting a SAT School Day at Lowell High School for only SFUSD students on Monday, October 13, 2025, starting at 8:30 am, ending by 12 noon. Monday, October 13th is a SFUSD school holiday, Indigenous Peoples' Day.  There are no makeup dates for this testing opportunity.

SFUSD will be hosting the 2025 PSAT/NMSQT at Lowell High School for only SFUSD students on Saturday, October 11, 2025, OR Monday, October 13, 2025; starting at 8:30 am and ending by 12 noon on either date. Students will choose their PSAT exam date from those two options when registering.

The 2024 Digital PSAT/NMSQT exam for SFUSD students on Saturday, Oct 12, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. will be at Lowell High School. Registration will be open to all 10th and 11th grade SFUSD students from Aug 19 to Sept 27, 2024. The cost is $18; and no cost for only free and reduced lunch students in the 11th grade. SFUSD will be hosting the 2024 PSAT/NMSQT at Lowell High School for only SFUSD students on Saturday, October 12, 2024. SFUSD also will be hosting the SAT School Day at Lowell High School exclusively for SFUSD students on Monday, October 14, 2024

Monthly automated Truancy letters will be posted to Synergy on Friday, May 10. Families and schools can ensure that attendance data is correct and complete by following this guidance.
