The SFUSD Queer Transgender Parent Advisory Council is now accepting applications from parents, caregivers and guardians who wish to serve a 2-year term on the council starting in the 2026-27 school year. The deadline to apply is Monday, June 15, 2026.

This virtual event is for parents/caregivers and supportive adults of foster youth and/or housing insecure students who are in high school and wish to learn about SFUSD credit recovery opportunities.

SAFEH & FYSCP are hosting one last Lunch & Learn for SFUSD student support staff to review how to support smooth transitions between grade levels and school sites.

California state law has updated the Caregiver Affidavit form, used to assign a temporary caregiver for limited school and medical purposes, and has updated guidance for schools in the case of unplanned familial separation. Families are encouraged to update their own contact information as well emergency contacts at their school site or via ParentVUE.

CCTs should review the Transition Program Information and submit referrals by June 5, 2026. Attend office hours and/or contact the SFUSD Student Family School Resource Link with questions.
