SFUSD Student and Family Services Division (SFSD) in cooperation with the California Department of Education will be administering the California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS) online in grades 6,7,9, and 11 in randomly chosen 2nd period classrooms in SFUSD schools during the fall of the 2023- 2024 school year.
The Site Leadership Toolkit has the updated Immunization Tracker for SY 23-24 for all non-compliant students. School sites are encouraged to a) review your school tracker to see progress on your student cases (pending the tracker is ready) and b) communicate with both families and staff regarding the upcoming calendar dates for exclusion letters.
