Update Your Password

Note: Online password changes are only supported for SFUSD staff and high school students at this time.

Passwords must have a minimum of 16 characters, including:

• A combination of uppercase and lowercase characters
• At least one numeric character (0-9)
• At least one special character (for example: !, $, #, etc.)
• No blank spaces
• Previously used passwords are not allowed

In addition, passwords must not contain personal information such as names/nicknames, birthdates, vehicle license plate, or other easily accessible information.

If you have problems with resetting your own password, please contact the Help Desk at 415-241-6476 during its hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-5:00PM, excluding holidays.

You will be asked to log in using your current password before you can update your password to a new one.
