We are operating in unprecedented times where things are constantly shifting. Due to the shifting nature of these times, we want to inform you of a possible situation which may require a shift from in person/hybrid learning to distance learning. We currently have a limited pool of substitute teachers. This pool will be prioritized to cover classroom teachers who have been granted remote work accommodations. As a result, there may be an instance where a substitute teacher will not be available to cover an in person classroom teacher’s absence.
If by 4 p.m., we do not have coverage for the next day’s class, the site administrator will contact the families of the students in that teacher’s class with as much advance notice as possible to inform you that your child will be in distance learning for that day and will not be expected to come to school during their hybrid schedule. We appreciate your partnership and understanding.
