Announcement Message

The Department of Technology has removed the old Online Device Request Form from Synergy.

If you have a student in Grades 4-12 who needs a district Chromebook, please make sure to respond to the Student Technology Unmet Needs Survey which appears as an Acknowledgment when you log into your ParentVUE account.

If you do not recall if you have already submitted the survey, you can check by seeing all of the documents you have previously acknowledged by selecting the My Account link in ParentVUE.

If you would like to change your answer to the survey, please contact Family Link at familylink@sfusd.edu. Your student’s school is responsible for issuing devices to their students. Please give your school at least 7-10 days to process requests before contacting them directly.

Please note: there is no request process for students in Grades PK-3. Students in Grades PK-3 do not take devices home.

If your student has an SFUSD Chromebook already assigned and needs to exchange it because it is broken or needs a new one due to loss or theft, please contact your school to report the issue and request a replacement. Thank you.
