Seniors and students leaving the district can take their SFUSD Google files with them

Seniors and students leaving the district will lose access to items in their SFUSD Google Drive approximately 6 months after graduating or leaving the district. 

If you’ve used your SFUSD email to create an account somewhere, update the account email to a personal email so that you don’t lose access.

If you want to keep your SFUSD Drive files, use the Google Transfer tool to copy your files into a personal Gmail account. Learn more about Google Transfer and see instructions at
