All students must have up to date immunizations in order to return to school August 16!

If you received a letter that your child is missing immunizations this past school year and have not responded, please take this summer to get your student up to date on required immunizations by August 16!

We will continue following up with you over this summer to ensure your child does not miss any school due to missing immunizations.

For support before June 30, contact the SFUSD Immunization Call Center to find out what immunizations your child is missing at (833) 494-1080 or immunizations@sfusd.edu. There may be a wait for immunization appointments with your healthcare provider, so get started as soon as possible.  If you need a Medi-Cal home please see this list of gateway health clinics

State law requires students to be up to date on immunizations. Your child may not be able to attend school in the fall if they do not have all the required immunizations or have appointments for the required immunizations. These immunizations help protect your child against serious diseases.
