HELP CREATE THE INCLUSION MURAL FROM HOME!

Check out the Children's Creativity Museum Inclusion Mystery Box Challenge to participate in creating the mural from home. Use the pictures in the guide to sprout your creativity and help us cultivate and nourish our inclusive community garden. Gather materials from around your home to create a plant of flower to decorate our garden, an inclusive playground for bugs or a self-portrait to draw yourself into our garden mural! Send a photo of your creation to nicki@creativity.org by December 9 to be featured in our community garden mural!

The Children's Creativity Museum has also compiled resources for SFUSD Teachers to facilitate STEAM activities during Inclusive Schools Week and beyond!

About the Mystery Box Challenge

The Mystery Box Challenge is a way for kids to become inventors through designing, engineering,  innovating, and prototyping.

Visitors are given an age-appropriate challenge and a box of completely random recycled materials, and are asked to solve their challenge using only the materials given, along with tape, scissors, and their imagination.

What unfolds is magical. Kids take scraps of materials and turn them into playgrounds for elephants, birdhouses for the future, ways to locate and save friends from wormholes, and so much more.
