The first batch of Waitlist offers was sent out on Monday, April 21!
If a family has been offered a spot at one of their Waitlist schools, they will receive an email or text message from the Enrollment Center.
- ParentVue: Families can view their offer and Accept or Decline it via the “Student Info/Waitlist” tab on ParentVue. Follow these instructions to know how to do this.
- Deadline: If you are offered a spot from the Waitlist, you must accept it by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 25. Any offer that has not been accepted after Friday will be cancelled and the families’ spot on that waitlist will be lost.
- Other Waitlists: If you accept or not, you can still remain on your other Waitlists. You can manage this on ParentVue, in the same place where you accept or decline your offer.
- Help? If you need assistance with accepting or declining your offer you can contact the Enrollment Center at 415-241-6085 or come visit us in person at our Main Office (555 Franklin, Room 100) or our Bayview office (1350 Oakdale Ave, Rm 13, only Tuesdays and Thursdays). Please do not submit your Waitlist offer responses to us via email because we cannot guarantee that they will be processed in time.
- If you do not hear from us on Monday this means that you did not get a Waitlist offer this week. Please check ParentVue to see if your Waitlist number changed and be on the lookout for emails or text messages from us on a Monday at some point later this summer.
Still want more options? You can still add yourself to additional Waitlists (up to a maximum of 5). You can also call us after April 28 during Open Enrollment to directly enroll into any school next year that has space and no Waitlist.
