LCAP Community Survey: Spring 2026

The San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) and San Francisco County Office of Education (SFCOE) gather community input each year to inform the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), which outlines how state funding will be used to support students—especially those who are low-income, in foster care, or learning English. In spring 2025, the LCAP Advisory Committee developed a set of recommendations. Your survey responses will help us understand their impact and shape future priorities.

If you are a parent/guardian/caregiver, student, site-based employee, or community partner in SFUSD or SFCOE, please complete this survey by April 19, 2026.
