5th Grade Chromebook Use for Middle School

To help ensure a smooth transition to middle school, all 5th-grade students who have been issued a district Chromebook should keep their device over the summer and bring it with them in August. 

Middle schools will not be issuing new devices to incoming 6th graders, so students must bring their currently assigned Chromebook. 

The only students who should return their district Chromebook are those who will not be attending an SFUSD middle school next year. 

Keeping devices over the summer helps ensure students are ready for learning on the first day of school.
