Our district is switching to Frontline and Red Rover to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of our internal processes. • We have also conducted multiple staff trainings to prepare employees across departments in preparation for the launch of Frontline and Red Rover.
    • Since June 2024, SFUSD has facilitated over 150 training and working sessions with staff on Frontline.
    • Over 500 users have been trained on various Frontline modules
    • SFUSD continues to conduct follow up sessions and working sessions with SFUSD staff.
  • Enhancing internal communication strategies to guide employees through the transition.

How will SFUSD ensure that employees are paid correctly and on time?

Accuracy and timely pay is our top priority. To address this priority:

  • SFUSD has conducted a number of pay comparisons between the new and current systems to identify and resolve any issues before launch.
  • The district also ran end-to-end testing of its payroll processes in Frontline, including check printing.
  • SFUSD put dedicated teams in place to assist employees if issues arise through help desk tickets and a dedicated call center.
