Our Team’s Objectives Link to this section
The College Access Team focuses on 3 main objectives:
- To provide direct 1:1 support for our Seniors to break down barriers within the college access process. Our College Ambassadors are college-going students who are embedded at our partner sties and work with Seniors on applications, workshops, and connections with families.
- To collaborate deeply with our partner sites to increase systemization for the college access process and connectedness between our sites and CBO partners.
- To increase connectedness between SFUSD and our amazing district CBO partners including 10,000 Degrees, uAspire, JCYC, 100% College Prep, Mission Graduates, and more! Together we have hosted many learning opportunities for students, families and staff to increase understanding of postsecondary options and success!
