The SFUSD Apprenticeship Program is a community and neighborhood engagement job training program.

SFUSD’s 12-month paid apprenticeship program provides a structured environment and work assignments to help you reintegrate into the workforce and acclimate to SFUSD and the City’s peculiar ways. Subject to performance and feedback throughout the returnship program, qualified candidates may be offered full-time employment at SFUSD.

During the apprenticeship, you’ll work on specific projects from start to finish, attend training and workshops, and learn from your manager, mentor, and teammates.
