2024 SFUSD Citywide Arts Festival will be on Saturday 04/27. MLK Band will be performing on Saturday 04/27 1PM at Bayview Opera House. Come see MLK Band first venue performance! Message from Nurse Crystal
Dear 6th grade families!
Spring is a great time to get ahead and make appointments for 7th grade immunization requirements.
California law requires that before students enter 7th grade they must show evidence of having received:
- Tdap booster vaccine (usually given at ages 10-12)
- 2nd chicken pox vaccine (Varicella)
- 2nd MMR vaccine (Measles, Mumps and Rubella)
If your student needs these vaccines, or any other vaccine, please contact their doctor or community clinic. Afterwards, please bring in a copy or email a picture of their immunization record to me, Nurse Crystal, at sokolovc@sfusd.edu. Feel free to email me with any questions!
