ECA Mission Statement & Teaching Team
The Entrepreneurship and Culinary Arts Pathway integrates Culinary Arts, English and Social Science to prepare students to have both an entrepreneurial and social justice mindset. Students will cook meals to engage the community, learn to network with industry partners, and create socially responsible business plans. Infused within all of these domains are rigorous, college preparatory literacy activities focused on social justice.
