Some SFUSD families who were eligible for SUN Bucks did not receive their card in June. If your child was actively enrolled between July 1, 2024 and September 2, 2025, they may still receive their SUN Bucks card in the next mailing, expected in January or February 2026 (please note: delivery is not guaranteed).

The Board of Education approved updates to these policies on April 22, 2025, and November 18, 2025. This memo includes updated policies and procedures, as well as translations.
The Enrollment Center at 555 Franklin Street will be closed for in-person services on Wednesday, Nov. 26 with phone and email support remaining open. The center's offices, phone, and email will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 27 and Friday, Nov. 28. Normal operations will resume on Monday, Dec. 1.
